• K & M offers preliminary in-house design and planning capabilities, as well as a good working relationship with several Architects and Engineers for our final project design.
• K & M has designed and built numerous Pre-Engineered steel structures throughout the area. K&M has its our own building erection crew with 3 certified journeyman ironworkers plus apprentices. Although we sometimes out-source the building erection, we send a certified Erector from our staff to oversee the erection of the Project.
• K & M Projects are supervised by a Project Superintendent with a Journeyman Carpenter ticket, a
  Journeyman Welder ticket and a Journeyman Ironworker/Metal Bldg. Systems Erector ticket.
• K & M will provide you with detailed and complete specifications, which eliminate confusion and misunderstandings throughout the Project.
• K & M works for and with the Owner as a team to maximize the value received from your investment, optimizing the design to your needs.
• K & M carries All-risk Builders insurance and Liability on all projects, so our work is always guaranteed.
